What are play Passes
Play Pass Vouchers are downloadable certificates that cover one tee time for two players to enjoy 18 holes, including green fees and carts for both.
When you buy a Play Pass, you’re pre-paying for a round for two players—not one. These vouchers cannot be used for single players, and you cannot use two Play Passes for the same tee time.
How to use it:
You are responsible for booking your tee time within the course’s booking window and printing your Play Pass voucher. MyGolf is unable to print vouchers. Upon arrival at the course, check in at the Pro Shop and present your printed voucher along with your valid MyGolf Membership card.
Each Play Pass is valid for one (1) tee time only. A printed voucher is required at check-in.
Play Passes cannot be used for golf packages—tee times must be booked within the course’s designated booking window. These vouchers must be used during the month they are issued and before the expiration date. Play Passes vary in price and are non-refundable. For more information, . Play Pass Rules & Regulations FAQ
How many Play Passes are available per month?
Each course offers a limited number of Play Pass Vouchers per month. The most popular courses go fast, so log in to MyGolfNus.com once they become available.
And when do the Play Passes become available?
Play passes become available at 7:00 PM on the LAST Wednesday of the prior month. For example, September Play Passes will become available at 7:00 PM on the last Wednesday in August at 7:00 PM
What do Play Passes Cost? Can I refund them?
Play Passes vary in price, but they all offer deep discounts for your a twosome. Play Passes are purchased through MyGolf’s Website and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
When will my order be processed? I don’t want to wait!
Your order will be processed once your billing address and payment information have been verified. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file with your Play Pass voucher download link.
You are responsible for downloading and printing your course voucher. MyGolf is unable to print vouchers. A printed voucher is required and must be presented at the course along with your valid MyGolf Membership card at check-in.
Vouchers are limited to one (1) per tee time.
How many play passes can I have for my group?
Play Passes are limited to 1 voucher per tee time. Example: If you book tee times for 4 players, how many play passes can I use? Answer is only 1 play pass for that one tee time. The other players in your group will pay the current member course rate. Please be respectful of our play pass policy.
NEW: Ocean Ridge Play Pass Policy:
1. Only 1 play pass can be used for a starting time. In other words you cannot use two play passes for 1 starting time.
2. Play Passes are valid after 12:00 noon.
Can I resell my Play Pass?
No. The unlawful resale (or attempted resale) of Play Passes is grounds for cancellation of the Play Passes (without compensation) and revocation of your MyGolf membership. Play Passes may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes.
Please note: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We are not responsible for orders that are unused, lost, expired, purchased in error, illegible, misdirected or do not have the correct email address. ALL PLAY PASSES MUST BE PRINTED TO BE REDEEMED AT THE COURSE.
