FAQ’s for Membership

Am I eligible to join MyGolf?

Yes! Anyone can join MyGolf — no matter where you live. Whether you’re local or out of state, you’re welcome to become a member and start enjoying all the benefits.

When does my membership begin and end?

Your membership begins once your payment is processed. You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access your membership.

The membership will expire at the end of the final day of the term:

Monthly: 30 days

Annual: 365 days

Seasonal: 90 days

How do I log-in?

Click the Log In button located at the top right corner of the page

How do I reset my password?

Click the Login button located at the top right corner of any page.

On the login screen, click Lost Password.

Enter your username or email address and submit the form.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Note: It may take several minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before trying again.

How do I add photo to my profile page?

Log in and go to your Profile Page.

Under the Digital Card section, click Update Image.

Upload a profile photo of yourself.

The recommended image size is 150 x 150 pixels.

Larger images will be automatically resized to fit.

How to renew my membership?

You will receive renewal reminders at 30 days, 15 days, and a final notice before your membership expires.

To renew:

  1. Log in to your Profile Page.
  2. Click the Renewal button located on the left side of the page.

Important: Keep your membership active by renewing at your discounted rate.
A lapsed membership will forfeit your renewal discount.

How to View Golf Courses and Tee Times?

Log in to your member profile page.

In the navigation bar, click on “Golf Courses & Tee Times.” tab.

Once there:

Click the name of any course to view details such as the booking window, guest rates, and more.

You’ll see a list of courses with member pricing.

How do I make a tee time?

All tee times must be made by calling the golf course directly within the designated booking window. You can find booking windows listed in the course details page.

How do I pay for a tee time?

You pay the course directly at the golf shop when you check in for your round.

How do I show my membership card so I can get the member course rate?

Your digital membership ID card is your profile page. Using your smartphone log-in and show your ID card on your profile page.

How far in advance can I make a tee time?

Each course sets the booking window from 48hrs to anytime. Details are on each course page

Guest policy for members?

Members may bring up to three (3) guests to play. A small additional fee over the member rate applies.
To view specific course policies, go to the Course Tee Time page and click the name of the course. All details can be viewed there.
